We are subject to the Job Placement Act and obligated to keep the data you provide for employment placement confidential. We will not disclose or sell your data to third parties.

Your data is transmitted digitally (via ATS, email, login portals, etc.) solely as part of our placement process. Your data may also be shared with third parties if required by law, court order, or official regulations.
